We currently deliver to customers across the United Kingdom.

Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 day, Monday to Sunday.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 12:00AM (GMT) will be processed for dispatch according to our standard 1-day dispatch schedule.

Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed the following day. During peak periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may take slightly longer — however we always aim to dispatch within 1 day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 days, Monday to Sunday.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier network conditions. Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you may be responsible for any additional re-delivery charges.
